Ratchet straps on the legs to the rear arches, it's getting past the B pillars that's tricky. Tip it forward and it should come out - doors aren't the problem, I usually end up taking off the steering wheel as that seems to be the obstructive bugger!

The rear legs catch the b pillars as the shell narrows towards the roof,be careful not to catch the door bins/b pillars with the cage feet as they like to chew the paint off the body.

i ended up taking the sinscreen out of mine to get it in last weekend. made life easier and i wanted to replace the rubber anyways so though might as well do both at the same time.
