Tap a small 1/4 drive socket on I forget which size but this is what I used.

You mean the float pivot pin? Isn't that an allen key?

I use a dremel with the small cutting disc fitted, cut a slot in it & screwdriver it out. |

I ended up using a junior hacksaw blade by hand to make a slot. A dremel would be much quicker.

tools i used where 4" grinder, large flat blade screw driver, small cold chisel with a sharp edge and some time worked for me |

I had the same problem with mine (see my build thread) but just a flat bladed screwdriver and hammer got mine out, just use the screwdriver to drift the thing round http://www.turbominis.co.uk/forums/index.p...tid=469104&fr=0 |
