Just trying to figure out where everything goes

I bought an in car adjustable boost valve and cant figure out what the third take off is for. Everyone I have looked at has 3 take offs rather than a bleed valve that only has the 2 .

I have a very badly drawn diagram if anyone can help :$

just pipe the 3rd leg back into the engine bay and leave it open to atmosphere.

If something is worth doing, it's worth doing half of.
