Just saw an article on the local TV about speed cameras being operated by the public in the next village, right on the end of our test track :$ Saul Bellow - "A great deal of intelligence can be invested in ignorance when the need for illusion is deep."

a hand held gun wont stand up in court, it has to be tripod mounted, there was just a massive law suit at work over this
