Hi guys. I'm current laying face up under the mini. How tight should the joint from the rod selector tothe gear box be? Should the roll pins grip the outside collor or should there be movement? |

Mine seems to be the other way round. Loose on the outside boss and tight on the in. Roll pins need replacing.

Arrr this explains why my mate at KAD said just send it back and they'll send out a replacement. Hopfuly it will all get shorted this week. Mot in a few weeks, going in gear I think would be an advantage. |

Yeh, isn't your missus, your mother, or your neighbours getting worried that there are a pair of legs sticking out from under a Mini, without movement, for 4 days? On 26th Oct, 2004 TurboDave16v said:
Is it A-Series only? I think it should be... So when some joey comes on here about how his 16v turbo vauxhall is great compared to ours, he can be given the 'bird'... On 26th Oct, 2004 Tom Fenton said:
