Anybody had much luck in contacting them in the past week?
Tried almost daily a few times a day but no answer on the phone, would like to know where the stuff is that they didnt deliver with my front end that they said would be in the post, as ive got a few weeks off at the end of the month, but not out of my own choice, which im going to use to work on my car in.

some of it may take longer to make. They maybe had the front end in stock and the rest is being made to order.

Just curious, thats all. As i need to know if my a panels will arrive before i cut my front end off and start work on the front, as its not in very good shape tbh. :)

Very happy with my 2 piece heavy duty front so far, few minor repairs around the front with fillering air bubbles and the odd gel coat chip, but thats to be expected with fibreglass. The only thing is the contactability really, and i did make it clear when i ordered my stuff that it was to be delivered on a saturday, and they were happy enough to do that, as im not around any other day of the week due to working in different places. So i was a bit confused when the front end arrived on a tuesday morning whilst i was at work, granted it was half term so luckily my parents were in to put the stuff in the garage.

there good guys, but theres not always someone there to answer the phone so try a few different times off the day on various days and you will get through, i have no doubt they will be able to sort it out for you as soon as you get hold of them.

Getting hold of them is a nightmare at the best of times. Tristan hasn't replied to my email I sent about 4 weeks ago. Keep trying though, they answer eventually

Having troubles contacting them as well over a piss poor MK1 ultralite bonnet, although I managed to speak to one of them a week or two back and he was incredibly helpful and good to talk to.

They are working flat out atm lots of stuff being made so its more likely they can't get to the phone or have had time to answer emails
Best to ring them early before they start

any ideas on what time they start? ive tried around 9ish, but i get to work around 7.30 so i could try around that time

He said best time is around 7.45. The lack of coms from them atm is that they are stacked with orders atm so are working flat out to fill them. :)

Without trying to giving Arc Angels bad rep, a panel they've sent me isn't up to scratch.

Im still waiting for my pair of a panels and the rest of my fitting kit,after about a fortnight of trying to contact them after some of my stuff was delivered, at the time my parents were told the rest would be in the post, and im almost in desperate need of them now. Im owed two a panels, a pair of bonnet pins, dzus fasteners, and unsure of whether or not im owed a female trailer socket to attach to the bulkhead. If i have to go and buy that lot again so i can crack on with my car im not going to much of a happy bunny. Really just wanted to know if they could get my stuff to me asap, many thanks if you can pass the message on. Im located in dy5.

ill pass on the messages tomorrow but im more then likely going to need your names or what the order is under or they wont know whos order im talking about

Just hopefully recieved the outstanding parts today, just before i needed them too luckily. Somebody to answer the phone or emails is definately needed though, its almost enough to put me off using them again. The products are spot on though, so no complaints there :)

I have been looking at a couple of items myself however this thread is putting me off tbh

I'm getting my fibreglass stuff from ABS and carbon fiber from carbon weezel. Never seen threads like this for either of them.

He's just rang and emailed me about swapping the bonnet, said he's tidied up the mould and he would be delighted to swap mine over for a better one.

They are top lads, think they've just had a mental past few weeks.

I spoke to Ben at carbon weezel yesterday about some carbon parts, had a really good email back, soon as I get some dosh I shall be placing an order with them.

Ive had everything bar a pair of bonnet pins and fitting instructions that should have been supplied, but for the sake of a fiver im just going to buy a set of pins as they did knock some money off everything for me, so i havent lost out tbh. But the a panels that arrived are superb, proper rigid, i was thinking that they might not have been up to road car use but i have faith in them now.

I had a roof skin off ABS, very fast to get the skin to me too, cant fault thier service :)
