if anyone can post you a needle that`ll suit your engine to 25psi , hats off to them .
Everyone knows that instructions only have to be read if the thing doesn't work....

sorry if it sounds stupid, but whose peter baldwin? Peter Baldwin is widely acknowledged as one of the UK's premier rolling road setup gurus. Do a search on the forum on rolling road setups and I am sure his name will pop up a lot. PS How do you plan to keep a reliable head gasket in it running 25psi??? Dave, are you implying that Mark has run more than 15psi boost on his engine.. He told me that BIR1 occationally exceeded 10psi up the strip. It was mostly used for shopping he told me..

apparently, the engine has been up and running, and figures are: 140 bhp at 12psi, and 197bhp at 20psi, does this sound about right to you guys? hopefully will be able to take it over that 200bhp mark without too many difficulties.

140bhp at 12psi sounds feasible. But getting over the 200bhp mark from what I have read is not just a case of more boost, have a look at Miniwilliams site he has over 200bhp but it has taken years of work and lots of money no doubt to get there, the same goes for others with high bhp such as Jon.
