Hi, I've decided to go megajolt on my supercharged build.

I exchanged a few e-mails with the guys at trigger wheels about their full kit, and they were sure the normal bolt on trigger wheel they supply for A series engines would work fine with a jonspeed pulley after I sent them a few pictures. . Anyway the full kit arrived yesterday. But the wheel centre will not fit inside the jonspeed pulley. Rather than just send it back, I'd rather try and make it fit. So the question is has anyone already come across this issue & have they machined the inside of the pulley and/or the trigger wheel insert. So that the insert bolted to the trigger wheel will then go inside the pulley like it should ?. Looks like their is not to much metal that can be machined away. *Confused* Or have they bolted it on in some other way or welded it on ?.

Any help would be appreciated.

Andy ours is designed to fit the std harmonic pulley would it it a jonspeed style?? Do they even have the tapped holes that you get in the standard?

I run a supercharger and I don't care the TB is on the wrong side.

Yep, sticking with his trigger wheel as it's more compact. just need to make a bracket for the S.C. sensor. Mine might be running by this time next year...

Hi, thanks for the picture. Yors looks better. Here's a picture of the trigger wheels, wheel. From the looks of it, a normal mini bottom pulley would work fine, as the boss would go straight in & then be held down by the crank bolt passing through them both. But I think my only option if I am going to use this wheel is to machine the jonspeed pulley or the boss, or maybe a bit off botth to keep them as strong as possible.
