I'm planning to fit a fiat rad after seeing some of the converions on here, i just wanted to know what size inlet/outlet pipes they have? i think there 1 1/4 inch (32mm) not i'm not sure/

Around half an inch seems normal, that's how I plan to plumb mine in. On 11th Feb, 2015 robert said:

ok thanks i wasn't really sure, does it matter for the inlet on the tank though?

Top (bleed) hose into the tank needs to be small and bottom (suction to pump) needs to be bigger.

I have one based on the second one down in this link, hose sizes are as Rod describes. He's moved the bracket for me to a more suitable location for my car.

Has anyone got any photoshop diagrams as I havnt even looked into water plumbing yet, got to add a leccy water pump in the system aswell. On 17th Feb, 2011 apbellamy said:
