Not that I know of. But interesting idea. What is the differance in pin height?

You'll have to do some calculations then, 4-5 mm is a lot and you may just end up spending all your money skimming the head and block.

Or you could find a skimmed 12G295, as most people who do a 998 turbo build look for unskimmed ones which are now getting much harder to find.

This may not be enough on its own to get the CR you want, but it would certainly help.

Near Paris - France

Aren't there some low comp 998 pistons out there ?

What is the head anyway ?

An opened up 998 or 202 head à la Vizard should be plenty enough ?

Rusty by nature

Yes, you could use the 20773, it has a 6cc dish. You will need to use buttons on the gudgeon pin though.

I'm building a budget 998 Turbo for the re-shelled 30. I'm using a set of +0.020" 20773s and a heavily skimmed large valve 12G295 that I have laying around. 9:1 compression.
