Hi Everyone

Its been a while since I last posted.
Well the mini is still alive.
New supercharger kit, made by myself.
Hopefully with better flow.
I have 2 wideband Lambda's fitted to check for charge robbing.
Just fired up, so haven't even checked for leaks yet

sorry i wasn't a 100% sure until i tryed it myself,

you go to the picture and right click and copy the image location,

then go to post a comment (not quick reply) and click the image button which is above the smilies,

then paste the image location in the box that appears.

hope that makes sense. :)

looks great by the way.

I like that look...if nothing less than for shock value.

Kind of reminds me of my old Vespa90....I could outrun all of the largeframes with this thing! Was running 130cc's, 24 carb, reed valve, 4 speed w/short 4th, electronic ignition, disk brake, all the goodies!

Nice you can almost tune the carb as you drive!

is that a NOS line sticking out too?

I run a supercharger and I don't care the TB is on the wrong side.
VEMS + 12 PSI + Liquid Intercooler = Small Bore FUN!

I always wondered why some people fitted a 45 instead of a SU.

Ive heard people say the Webber will give you a bit more power in the high end but Im not too sure how true that is.

Regardless, looks kick ass.

Yes! And has run a 75 shot at Pod.
Pulls like a train, but only used it in 3rd and 4th due to torque steer, ran high 13's
At the time I was running a Salisbury LSD that would try and tear your arms off, espically on a drag strip where the grip is good.
Now run a Quaife ATB which is a lot more manageable, just haven't been back on a strip since.
Competed and finished a tarmac stage rally in 2008, but without NOS!
Had to run in the top class due to a 1.7x capacity penalty for forced induction.
Did it for fun, more than to be competitive and it was really good fun overtaking the rs2000's out there!
Then the MSA took the log book off me when they worked out the forced induction was a supercharger not a turbo.
Such a shame, as the car attracted a lot of attention at my local rally.
And considering there were Darrians, vauxhall powered escorts ( one with 300bhp) and an ex works evo out in my class, I wasn't going to trouble them to much.
