Here we go then, for sale as a job lot to start, if i get no luck i'll split it up and i'll take dibbs's from then on. dont be upset if you say i'll have whatever and it goes somwhere elses.
Im looking to sell the lot until further notice :)

Mini mayfair i think, currently sorn
Ive owned this for about 7 years, i restored it with new front panel, scuttle, wings and closers, a panels, door skins,rear vallance and various floor repairs. during the resto i had a bulkhead box welded in, it was then sprayed in fiat punto orange c.o.b. at that time it had blended in arches, i changed these to carbon cos they cracked.
once restored i fitted all new hilos, protek adjustable dampers, solid sub mounts, rear camber adjusters, adjustable front ties and links (heavy duty) minifins discs and pads, yoko a0048 tyres on spanking minilites, and its stunning how it sticks to the road and handles!!!!! Dare i say crash proof!!
Engine wise i fitted a 1275 from a mini sprite and then set bout sourcing all the bits to turbo it, this was a metro set up which went on a treat, mpi/spi? tank and 10mm st/st braided flow and return fuel pipe, all was well at low boost but once i added a bleed valve the temp shot up, a new two core rad and a thermo stat/fan etc sorted that so more boost followed, at the limit of the clutch now (well over it tbh) in anticipation of the new engine going in i have cut the slam panel out and was in the proccess of fitting a 4x4 cossy intercooler and dinky alternator, thats where it stands.
Interior is stripped out with monoco seats, 2"4 point safty devices harnesses (lurvly) lowered collum, centre dash wth a few other gauges about.
virtualy ready to go in is my project engine, rebored to 1380, phase 2 regrind, reground crank, centre oil pick up rebuilt gearbox, new double roller, and 2 baulk rings, the rest were fine, new minispares 4 pin diff, obviously all new seals etc, benross's top spec head which is good for over 200 whatsimejobs, hif 44 carb rebuilt to turbo spec, modded plenum and turbo pipe by giofly?? i think,
rebuilt t3 with all new stainless studs etc. and a flowed elbow by benross, Trigger wheels wheel and megajolt lite is all there and ready to be fitted, clutch wise we have a new ultra light steel flywheel and back plate, and an ap paddle plate.
Also in the workshop i have the following, 2x turbo blocks, cranks, heads and gearboxes and various plumbing,pipework etc. several carbs of varying sizes a couple of gt17 turbos. various intercoolers new and old. Phew theres a lot of stuff there.

not a bad price for all the bits, good luck with the sale, if you decide to split i ll be throwing a few hundred your way for rebuilt gearbox with the 4 pin diff, lightened fly and ap plate :)

if you split, i could really use your gauge pod, with gauges or without, I have a hard time finding those here in the states for less than my left nut.

I'd be very interested in a lot of the stuff you have if you split it all - like your rebuilt 1380 turbo engine depending on price, if not that, then a turbo block, crank, head, gearbox, a GT17, possibly an intercooler too lol

Thanks carts but not really looking for another mini just yet, if you had a tt roadster or boxster that would be a different matter. Its been decided tha the mini doesnt get enough use by me on my own so a chick friendly toy it is....

Any more news on this?
