Ok, following a major re-wiring, stripping down, clutch upgrade, new fuel injectors and another rewire managed to get the MPI to run.

Great, you might think.....

Well, as soon as it was up and running it pissed coolant out the exhaust.... no good.

Had enough for today, need to get some Uni work done, so not investigated.

I've refilled the expansion tank and I'll have a look at it tomorrow at some point and see if the level has dropped.

But any suggestions as to what might be the problem?

It's gotta either be a cracked head or head gasket failure?

Done a compression test and got 9.5, 9.5, 9 and 10 bar from 1 - 4.
