I used to climb, being away at Uni and with my mini on its side in the garage it's tough to get anywhere. Will make an effort once I'm on the road again.

Done some a good few years back, far from an expert!

I'm getting the feeling about taking it up a bit more seriously. There is an excellent set of climbs just down the road from me, Helsby Hill. I really need another with a similar interest and will, to go on the spur of the moment, but they are rare these days.

Is it A-Series only? I think it should be...
So when some joey comes on here about how his 16v turbo vauxhall is great compared to ours, he can be given the 'bird'...

I used to do loads but I've had to cut back in recent years due to multiple hand injuries, including pulling the vola plate clean off the bone.

You've got some pretty good stuff out in Colorado, when I lived in Boulder (nearly ten years ago now) I could see the Flatirons out on my window & regularly did 1000ft free solos after work :)

These days when I do climb it's normally short sports routes or bouldering, probably why I've screwed up my hands, so places like Font are becoming a regular haunt for me.

Wish I had time to do 1000 ft free solos Rob. I'm just getting into it with a few guys from work, and I think it's a blast. I need people more commited though. I think both of them are going to drop out on me in a month or so. I'm going to the climbing gym twice a week, outside atleast once every two weeks... I think I'm burning them out...
