Suck through set-up

I have been lurking on here for a little while now on and off, I have for some unexplained reason grown a liking for the suck thru turbo set up....

I have only a few questions if somebody will be nice enough to help me out a trifle.....basically I have a std metro 998 unit with a mg metro cam and a 12g202 head and running with a magnetronic dizzy........oh and flat top pistons on std stroke crank

please add to my shopping list or edit anything you see fit or shed some light on the set up in the real world etc

* metro turbo exhaust manifold (turned upside down)
* garret t3 turbo
* hif38
* decompression plate (i dont know how many cc's again possibly need help here)
* loads of silicone piping
* modified stage 1 kit inlet

I will hasten to add im on a fairly tight budget being only a apprentice mechanic and I rarely see these set-ups on minis (maybe a good reason) so I thought I would give it a shot.....also can anybody give me a rough idea on what kind of bhp I would be looking at with this set-up....

Sounds ok to me. I would suggest a different turbo, it will also need a carbon seal on the comp side.
Power and CR both go hand in hand with the boost you want 2 run
