Any bore is fine.

Pistons - Cast Omega's from MED or Avonbar

Cam - MG Metro or Avonbar PH2

Rods - Standard

If something is worth doing, it's worth doing half of.

www.turbo-mini.com is a great site full of useful information on just the questions your asking.
As John said any bore is fine but as a daily I would think a 1293 (+.20) would be fine and produce more then enough power.

You are asking stuff that has been talked about hundreds if not thousands of times.

Take the advice above and go and read through the turbo-mini site to learn some basics. After that come back here and read through some posts to learn some more.

Then you can ask some more specific questions and people will be far more willing to help you.
