I started cutting bits out of my engine ba lastnight trying to make my new intercooler fit and have kind of admitted defeat. The silly plastic end tanks won't let it happen so I am very disheartend today. However I think new end tanks could sort the problem so is there anyone anywhere near Leeds/Bradford area that could help me out for a price?
I will see if I can upload a pic from my phone.

Thanks.

I'm sure it could be made to work, but do you really need it to be that big? I can run over 30psi, and my intercooler is about 30% the size of that one

Christ alive, thats huge.

I have turned the end tanks on the Cosworth coolers a couple of times now to suit Mini fitment if you want to go down that route instead?

Tom that looks neat the only issue I have is that I really don't want holes n my bonnet. I don't want to change the look ofthe front at all that's why I was looking at more front mount opting behind the grill. And one of the reasons behind getting megajolt. Anymore recommendations?

Thanks.

I'm fitting an Audi TT cooler at the front; I also don't want to cut holes in the bonnet.

I'll get some photos up over the weekend when i've bolted it back together.

It's got to be a removable front end that's just sitting on the wheels.

Hasn't it?

Rob I would like to see that.

Madcat. That looks neat I like it but you need holes in the bonnet to be effective?

And it does ride very low but in that picture, and and still now the back end is right up in the air for rear arch tubbing and subframe rebuilt.
