How high does the oil sit in the box? if it's above that, it might cause a restriction. On 11th Feb, 2015 robert said:

I did a quick check with the dip stick, oil level is way below the drain. |

It's the same drain on all the T series rover turbos as far as I know, so 820, 420, 620.. my Maestro (but that one is in use..) ...and being Rovers you shouldn't struggle to find one in a scrappy.. |
