Will be interesting to see what Andre gets from his engine running sprint cams, 12:1 CR E85 and a truck turbo *happy*

So when some joey comes on here about how his 16v turbo vauxhall is great compared to ours, he can be given the 'bird'...

We had a fiddle with a little bullet cam on the dyno - I'll pop it up when its ready - lots of glowing exh manifolds and boost noises.

If Carling made Mini engines
it would probably be like this one!

Sorry, couldn't resist. :$

Well, this has shown what can be done, but aren't we all forgetting something? There wasa a certin other claiming a certain power figure, and no one would believe him. He never provided the evidence of course, which makes all the difference.

John, you'll have to put this on rails mate, I'd hate to see what happened to Turbo shed at Avon a few years back, happen to you *oh well*

Well done, I think its amazing that after over 50 years the boundaries are still being discovered, and pushed further and further.

Not much or not at all? The video in the link dates from 2008 if the display is to be believed.

EDIT: By the way, I'm not trying to take anything away from what has been accomplished here. I'm just curious.

Impressive how the torque keeps climbing through out the rev range.

that is just the date on the little bullet cam, you'll see the same thing on the vids of our TDV6 power P38 Range Rover when it pops up on our video section.

Rob - indeed.

You should have said nowt and just turned up to avon with it on some slicks. Given how long its been developed for no one would have been expecting it.:)
