engine steady

Hi lads

I've done a search but not found what I'm after, I'm not keen on the bracket on my standard engine steady, the one that is held down with one of the head bolts, I know there is a tapped hole in the block for a bolt, but does not line up with the eye of the original steady,, should I get an adjustable engine steady or is there an alternative/better way to do it? How have you got yours?

benny i would help things along by getting a minispares btm engine steady kit the one under the flywheel housing job done up to 150 bhp ish ..........

Top engine steady all sorted now, I've got a lower engine steady one that bolts from the g'box to the front of the subframe, but I have no sleeve, nut or bolt for one end? Could do with it soon I'm at bogg brothers saturday morning then york for the weekend

Will do steve engine feels a lot stronger with your head already and not even running it past 4k, are you going to york?
