Now I'm attempting to dry deck the block (waterways only). I would like to use malleable iron ie bspt pipe threads as it's a compatable material. I didn't want any plugs below the surface, as I wanted to skim them flush. The small hole would have to be 1/8 bspt, but the 3 large holes arn't quite small enough to tap out 1/4 bspt and still allowing the plug to be machined flush ! The next size up is 3/8 and I was wondering if anyone new of any alternatives, as I didn't want to go as big as 3/8. http://i28.photobucket.com/albums/c248/spe...er1/mini007.jpg
