i have just found a bag of 2.4mm x 50mm shrink wrap thingys , about 250 pieces in the bag
bit to small for car wires/electrics but may be of use to someone who messes with electronics or the like

free...............but a couple of quid post if you want them

Was about to snap these up for the price of postage and a drink, but then i realised they are actually just that little tiny tiny bit to small for my application.
