Omega Cast or forged
pref. +40 possibly +60 (1275cc)

Pref. new but let me know what you have got
or if anyone knows were to get them for a good price!

Could do with an intercooler, Dump Valve/ BOV

Alley cat wheels on the offchance too!

I got a few ics kicking arround what sort of size are you after?? If you running low boost get a bov from a scrappy off a turbo car or something alot cheaper.

running 10-15psi otherwise i would have!
thinking either all the way across behind the grill
or a decent pace small box one

I have a box one from a renault espace td (same sort of size as r5) both inlet and outlet are at the top it will fit on the altinator side
