Tow Hitch/Bar for Mini

I bought this a while ago off a friend, he made it himself out of some good qualify stainless steel (L section) except the rusty bit you see in the pic. It did have some plates for inside the car too but im not sure where they are.

Located in the BB5 area, looking for around £40 for it?
