Had a quick search, Ebay and the usual sources, for thin card. Need some to make templates of my windows for cutting polycarb...

i usually just tape a few sheets of A4 together to make a bigger sheet

Why not use think hardboard from B&Q/Wickes et al?

1/8" thick compressed particle stuff, cheap as chips for a big sheet, easy enough to cut.

Last time I did anything that needed a template i used an old washing powder box, when you unfold them they are quite big, and you can tape a couple together. You could also go buy a big box of cornflakes... I think you could find several options in the local supermarket.
