I had a play around with another intercooler last night and came up with this.

are you running megajolt - if so could you not squeeze it down the front? |

I'm far from an expert on these, but it looks a bit thick to me....would most likely benefit from being in a more direct air flow path. Eric

Would be much better in the airflow. If something is worth doing, it's worth doing half of. |

It won't do a lot there as your inner wing will prevent much air flowing through it. As others say, do what you can to get a cooler at the front.

you need to replace the one you have its a bit larger in size for the room you have or cut the inner wing out and vent the bonnet that side for air flow time you have cut it al about i can get a 2wd cosworth cooler and do what alexb has done http://www.flickr.com/photos/altrezia/5577...157616417623404 Edited by jimmy on 13th May, 2011. 1293 Turbo mini

I know Dan doesn't want to cut holes in his bonnet.

Almichie's TT intercooler looks to fit quite well. If something is worth doing, it's worth doing half of. |

Just had a look at markka mini and feel a bit inspired and think if I cut my inner wing and angle the cooler a bit more then direct the airflow in much the same way I might be able to manage something that works.
