I re-foamed and put new rubber diaphragms on my seats found it quite simple you need to be tight with the material and think about where to apply the glue. I run a supercharger and I don't care the TB is on the wrong side.

there used to be a good trimmer in Leigh-on_sea that did a fair few of the hotrods in his time; he was on London RD; no idea if he is still trading though

we got a quote of £45/seat to get the covers put on the mx5 seats. ended up doing it myself but spent around £40 on hog ring pliers and hog rings (money well spent in my opinion).
