it's dated 76 May, so this must be a joke right? Curious to know how they slipped this one by, especially since here in NL they are in fact easing off classic cars; my '75 Jag only needs an MOT every other year for instance, where a later one still needs yearly checking. Pre '60 cars need no MOT at all anymore. 1963 Cooper
