does any one now what wires go were on a pacet auxillary fan, black wire coming from motor goes onto the live terminal of the thermostate and the blue wire which goes through the fuse goes to a positive eg battery live or ignition live, the problem i have is it says on the sheet that a wire has to go to the motor off the opposite side of the thermostate but i have no idea where im meant to fit it, someone must have fitted one and now or am i being stupid and blind. second is i am trying to work out which wires go on the relay for the fuel pump, the diagram is on the how to section done by gibbo, my relay has these terminals 30,85,86,87,87a which ones would go to what i have tryed but no good at being logical any help would be most grateful cheers

the thermostat is an on/off switch so as long as it splits the supply its fine, other side of the motor goes to ground then.
Maybe the diagram is for an override? i had one on mine so could switch the fan on when i liked, not that i could see the point mind as the thermostat does it as required. failsafe i guess.
