I have used them quite a few times, never had a problem until now. Ordered a collection last wednesday so should have been delivered friday and they have still not been collected! Rang them loads of times and sent emails.

First reply was this:
"Thank you for your email. I do apologies that your parcel wasnt collected on Friday 21st, I have raised this with TNT and have re booked your collection for Monday 23rd."

Other replies are basically the same but different dates then this:

"Thank you for using our services at Interparcel. Please accept my apologies for your previous failed collections. TNT have now advised me they are unable to collect this parcel as they will need a small van to collect from the senders address, unfortunately this depot only operates 7 1/2 tonne vehicles, so they would not be able to collect. I can of course change the courier service to UPS, this is still guaranteed delivery for next day. However you will need to print of the shipping labels, are you aware if the sender has access to a printer at all if I was to change the courier service. The cut of time for collection with UPS is 1.30pm, please can you let me know before this if at all possible."

Shortly followed by:
Thank you for using our services at Interparcel. Further to my previous email, I have now contacted the sender and he has advised he does have access to a printer. I have now changed the service to Interparcel UK Standard. This is exactly the same price as TNT services. And delivery is guaranteed for the next working day.

Had an email from the bloke with the parts last night.
"Hiya yeah they foned me at work and i needed to print off the labels but we dont have a printer and typicaly the libary today is closed, i tried to ring them at work on the number they called me on to rearange but it was an unknown number. They turned up and our lass tried to send them as she had written all of the details on the boxes but they couldnt take them due to them not being the actual labels.
She is printing them off tmoz at the libary and were hoping they come back to collect. It was all very last min and we just couldnt get them printed off im afraid."

Anyway I booked a week off to fit these parts along with other parts and nothing has turned up apart from my tyres!!! *oh well* I wont be booking a week off before parts arrive again lol

I've always used them and the only issue i had was during the bad weather when everyone was stuck so wasn't going to blame anyone.

I must have used the 50+ times for stuff I have sold via ebay. Including the sending of stuff I never thought they could do so cheap, due to the weight. But never once had a problem. I would say its a one off issue. So don't be put off by using them again.
