Hi folks.

Bristol Mini Day is this coming Sunday 5th June at Washingpool Farm just off the M5 on the outskirts of north Bristol.

Am hoping to see some familiar TM faces there again.

I'll have my van there this year, fresh from it's winter engine rebuild and dyno at Slarks two weeks ago.

Gonna be engrossed with fellow Six-Ex club members undertaking Car Parking and judging for the Show & Shine along with New Mini Severns.

I'd better phone my insurance company and see if they will cover me for the weekend, be nice to get the car to a show as I have to go to cardiff to get drunk saturday night anyway.

Bastards they won't cover me for the weekend, well I'll be there regardless.

I'll have to make the effort to go to this as it's so close to me and I haven't been to a show for quite a while. It would be good to meet some other TM members.

I was there, wearing my TM hoodie, in the rain. I didn't see anyone else or any turbo cars though. It was nice to see some complete cars after months of looking at my rusty shell.

Was there from 8:00 - 4:30 doing car parking and show nd shine judging. Bloody rain. Firkin soaked.

Flame, you must have had your eyes closed as you couldn't miss mine mate. It's so bright ! There again if you didn't come over to the Cars for Sale you may have missed it. There was a blue turbo cabrio parked next to me all day too.

And yes, the van is for sale.

Will post it up in the for sale area when I get some time this evening.

Where were the cars for sale? I must have completely missed that bit as I didn't see your van at all, and as you say, it certainly stands out!

It was a shame about the weather, there didn't seem to be a lot of people there and quite a few people left early.

i meant to go but my dad was away, i heard it pissed it down.

Had a good day out apart from the rain, made a ghetto TM umbrella shelter between 2 minis so we could cook bacon and make tea :)

Always nice to see Richards van and say hello, shame to see it up for sale but hope it goes to someone who'll look after it as well as it has been!
