you need to linish a tad! off the back of the bronze thrust washer say using P 180 grit and finish off with 400 wet and dry to get the disired 6 thou

for straight cuts I wouldnt be overly bothered,

I might try a different 2nd hand C clip if I can find one and if that makes any difference unless anyone else some ideas? |

A lot of new parts are pants, basically does the C clip fit in the crank grooves without loads of play?
