hopefully get a quick answer, is the thread in front drum brakes the same as discs.

as far as I konw this is 3/8 unf......but thats on my metro 4 pots.....

The fitting on the drum is top (or is it bottom...) centre so you don't need much hose, but the calliper is at the edge of the disk so the hose has to travel further when the wheel is turned. On 11th Feb, 2015 robert said:

minispares note the drum brake hose as being longer than the disc brake one............... |

Front drum brakes have the cylinders front and rear, not top and bottom so I cant see the length of the hose being massively different. one day boost will be mine!
