Hey Team!

So I was doing a search on radiators and such and I wanted to know would an alloy side mounted radiator with ONLY an electric fan be good enough to run 1293cc t2 turbo engine on about 120-130bhp

or would I have to go for a front mount, was looking at the cinquecento rad's and tehre only about £40 delivered but the problem with that is I will need to change the whole cooling system to get it to work?

Furthermore what will be the best option for: cooling, cost and time to install

Cheers Boys and Girls!

Hypothetically speaking, where would you stick your nozzle?

mine cools just fine with alloy 2 core rad, make sure to get a decent one and not a chinese ebay special, i have the fan on the engine and an spi fan in the inner wing on a switch, works spot on, no need for a front mount imo, save that space for an intercooler *wink*

oh I was gonna get one of the alloy ones on the bay that are £75 - its almost half the price of minispares

I would stay cleer, minispares do a normal 2 core rad for a little less than their alloy one.
