two nights ago some wankers tried to nick my mates beige metro mk2. in the processes nakerd the door by bending it out and fucked the ignition barrel where they've smashed it out. the worst part (or the funny in some people eyes) is that the car dont even run atm due to a broken coil + flat battery.
13.95 1/4 mile on a 2.95 fd. Carnt be that hard to beat! |

a useful tip for when it is fully running is to disconnect the coil pack king lead when you finish using the car. bit of a ball ache to keep opening the bonnet but it will be worth if there are scum about. my mate always does it to his metro. when i park my mini i usually just unplug the coil pack. (with having no grill this is an easy task) |

I know its far away but on Thursday Yate Scrap yard near Bristol had a 2 door Mk1 didn't look at the doors. M |

Any 3 door Metro or Rover 100 door will fit, as they are all the same (with the addition of side impact bars in the Rover 100). |
