only just got the car and got it as a non runner.

the carb on my mini turbo has a non turbo dash pot. it looks like the carb is origanl but the dash pot is not. plus one of the screws is snaped off that claps the dash pot down.

will a carb rebuild kit sort the porblem.

the car will tick over and rev but there is no boost on the gaige. as the carb dose leak a bit off fuel.

people have asked me to see the engine. what kind off money are people paying for engine that need a rebulid. got every thing but the ecu.

you need to sort the carb leak out pronto! a rebuild kit avalable from turbo phil on this forum PM him, will restor the carb to new if done carefully.

how many miles etc and the spec of the engine etc ?
the cost of of a short engine with forged pistons reboring crank grind ballancing etc and cam, ultralight flywheel clutch etc... is in the region of £2000 for the parts mentioned etc.....

you will see NO boost just reving the engine on the spot you need to get it on the road or rolling road
