There are three 1275 blocks for sale on ebay at the momoent and none have the mains caps, yet they still ask for £40 upwards!!

Did you ask if they have the caps? Someone once listed a block and when I asked about the caps they said they were going to list them seperately. I told them the error of their ways and they amended the listing. If something is worth doing, it's worth doing half of. |

I asked the question about that £40 mpi block. They have the caps, but it's just too far for me to go. Got any spare Col? On 11th Feb, 2015 robert said:

i just sold two blocks without caps £30, bloke said it don't matter, clearly more money than sense |

I could be tempted to part with one in exchange for an A+ block that has not been rebored. the block i have will need a rebore for sure. missing caps are not a problem if you are going balls out and fitting a compliment of steel caps anyway.
