I look at this picture and wonder why people bother squeezing in non A series engines. All just amazing looking.

Thats about the number of engines we have here most weeks - the grey one is a chap from the Northwest, the 8v 1050 is my mate Darrens, goldie's and the red one is a 1430 LT cammed in a Minor - heres a pic in its home - how cool is that! backed up by a 5 speed Ford. Now then what we need is one of these RWD's with the Rotrex strapped onto it!

Yes i moved to the darkside |

The Rotrex is ideal for the 16v Mini, the Eaton's are simply not the right blower for a 16v motor to produce power in a linear fashion like this - no contest

These are genuine engine dyno figures - we don't bull.
this is a 1310cc engine on a 10.2:1 comp - hence healthy torque and driveability at the bottom end. stage 1 gasflow LT 254 deg cams billet individual throttles billet plenum 440cc inhectors SC Typhoon ecu 2.5psi at 2500rpm 9psi at 6500rpm add a steel bottom end and 8000/8250rpm capability and you'll have a genuine road driveable 220+hp motor JK On 19th Feb, 2011 Miniwilliams said:

It does go like a stabbed rat!! It's also very drivable which was what I was after! My turbo engine before before was like a bomb going off, great if you can keep it in a straight line but you'd need the planets to align or a pair of slicks for that!
