gt15 or gt17 turbo wanted

hiya im planning a project and am after a turbo for it i just bought what was surposed to be a gt15 but when it got here it has t15 on it. From what i am told they cannot be rebuilt so am after a gt version ideally a gt17 but gt15 will do. i dont mind if it needs a rebuild i would be happier knowing condition from start if you know what i mean.
