I need a measurment form the bottom of the bottom of the sump to the ground on a standardish height mini on 10's (70 profile tyre). Doesn't have to be to the mm either.

So a measurement from the bottom of the sump to the ground, isn't good enough?

Edit: though depending on cone settlement it could be more or less. :)
