i have put the gudgeon pin on the rod with piston, but is tight on the piston what is the best way to sort this, i have spent about 2 hours moving it back and fourth with little effect. *happy*

Out of interest have you tried warming up the piston? I've seent them tight on the pin and when put in front of space heater for literally 10 seconds it becomes free?

If something is worth doing, it's worth doing half of.

Mitsi Evo 7, 911, Cossie. & all the chavs ...... won no problem

you will have to remove them and clean the "tad" of swarfe binding it on the pistons clean up using P600 wet and press pistons on using say WD 40

As above, try some heat or lubricate it, it will come.
