i have these pistons i have taken out of a genuine metro turbo engine, standard bore, but they are not standard. the engine has been rebuilt some time in its life.

they are a hepolite 20831a piston.
the crown markings read: 20831 1d9 w46.
hepolite is stamped inside the piston underneath.

the rods are marked 12g4114/5

so my question is, are they any good for my turbo engine build! and will my std metro turbo (total seal) piston rings fit this 3 ring piston. here is a picture.

20831 is a metro turbo piston.

If something is worth doing, it's worth doing half of.
