Bought one of these the other week for in car filming. Stuffed up the camera position in the van at Avon, but Carl managed to get a decent film of the Don on a few runs (They'll be uploaded later today).

Carl filmed for about 3 hours with mine and used 3GB (2GB filming the inside of his trouser pocket), so no problems with battery life. The sound isn't bad either. Have 20 minutes worth of Tom swearing outside the car.

Going sprinting in the van at the weekend, so hopefully get some decent films of that with it.

look forward to the vid's i have one of those "spy cameras", camera quality was average/good but sound quality isnt great seeminly jumps about.i wouldnt mind another because for some reason i want more than 1 angle haha

i used something similar to this (quality wise) and the sounds is just crap for recording engine revving sounds. its good for quiet cars. anything too loud and it distorts a lot :(

It looks much the same as the "spy cameras" i was on about along with the date and time display, seems rather similar. Sounds like the battery life is better than i have though.
Brett, their fairly simple to use but setting up the time display is a pita, infact i cant even remember how i worked mine out, it was before castle combe last year now.
