Gearbox or Casing

Does anybody in the Midlands sort of area have a gearbox or casing going spare? Condition not an issue as I just need one for the casing, as long as it has the diff housing. Cash waiting.

I have one but its non-A+ which I assume you need?

Yeah sorry should have added need a A+ rod change.

I might have one, but the one I am thinking of needs a helicoil on one of the layshaft clamp bolt holes.

I will have a look in the garage tomorrow night if you are interested.

Hi Ron, I have a DAM 5626 casing gearbox. I think this also has a 3.9 final drive.. I'm moving house soon and was going to sell off some spares I have in the garage so I don't have to lug them to the next place!

I've just let Almichie have my spare DAM 5626 A+ bare casing (inc diff housing and bell cranks).

I'm sure if you PM Alastair he'll be able to sort a price as he only has mine as a spare and I'm sure wouldnt mind letting it go.

Not quite Midlands but the box on its own is quite light, I'm sure it'd be about a tenner to post.
