Guys and gals,

It is with great sadness and regret, that we have decided we must part with our Clubby Estate project. With Lizzie's Uni course/placement taking top priority on her time, and me only having the weekends (which I don't really want to spend every minute of in the garage), and having reassessed finances, we've come to the decision that we must let it go to someone who can carry on with it.

Included is basically the parts for a rolling shell including complete subframes with hi-lo's, a removable steel front end, all the glass, fuel tank, original rear load bay cover, master cylinders, wiper motor, washer bottle, centre binnacle speedo, complete rear bench seat, 1 and a half headlinings, front and rear bumpers in good condition, grille in reasonable condition, lights and various other bits and pieces that can be seen in the photos that I've probably forgotten about.

It is currently completely stripped down, with only the fuel tank remaining attached to the shell, but the subframes are still fully built up. Condition wise, the shell will need the following repairs:

Sill repair rear offside
Side window surround repairs x2 small patches on each side
Inner wing repair offside (panel included)
Door post repair offside
A Panels both sides (panels included)
Scuttle ends will more than likely need doing
Bulkhead needs tidying up (badly welded turbo box)
Rear doors bottoms need repair (1 half skin included)
1 side door needs reskinning
Headlamp panel repair

There may be other things that I've not found yet, but the majority of the shell itself is very solid (especially the rear half) but as you may see from the photo's, it is missing the original steelwork in the rear for the back seat. Something could be fabricated if you've got a bit of skill with steel and a welder.

I have the V5 for the vehicle and the original Commission No. and VIN plates. The shell was originally poo brown, but is currently mostly matte black from a previous owner.

Here's some pics (the ones of it with the subframes on are as we picked it up):

First person to turn up with a trailer (or some other such transportation device) and £350 takes the lot. Any questions fire me a PM and I'll get back to you.
