ok, how the hell do you get the needles off the dials?? i want to scan my magnolias but i cant get the bloody needles off!

pull them off with a pair of good pliers. Make sure to lock the pin position from behind... If you let it unwind, it'll never be accurate again.

for those who want to print thier own design dials, heres the scans of mine.

http://www.hubcapsminiclub.com/dials.rar

They were scanned at 300dpi, so make sure you print at 300dpi and they will come out the right size :)
