my front suspension is miles out and i dont have any standard parts to measure

the tie rods should be 345mm from subframe mount face to centre of bolt hole on bott arms end, iv'e no info for bott arm lenghts

thinking about it though if i was to lengthen the bottom arm i would have to also lengthen the tie rod to keep all else the same yea? Yes i moved to the darkside |

Yes, but a tiny amount, practically not measurable unless it's a big change. I was messing with mine yesterday while the subframe and engine was back off the car... but that is another story. |

carl i dont know where your measurements are from or too but it didnt look right once i got my measuring stick up to the tast The standard length is 14 5/16" from the front of the locating washer to the nearest edge of the bolt hole in the adjuster block
ive set the tie bars to 14.5" the bottom arms set up by eye and then equalised left to right, with the aid of a plumb line ive measured them i dont have a clue what it all means  but im reasonably happy now

my measurement works out 18mm or so less than that one you have there in inches, take off 15mm or so for lots of castor and i'm just about bang on,lol |
