Useful phrases:-

merhaba = hello
hiyer = no
Hiyer teshi ker = no thanks
teshi ker ed-hear-im = thank you
sick ti git = fuck off
esap lut-ven = bill please
ikky tanne efes = 2 beers (replace efes with your brew of choice)

all written phonetically *smiley*
should be all you need to know

we went to bodrum last year and err did not like it

the market is good plenty of knocked off goods to buy but just did not like the locals they spoilt it
