I thought about making some myself so got a quote for a sheet that would be big enough to do the 4 side windows. It came to £200 for 4mm or £250 for 5mm!

I made my own just out of standard polycarbonate instead of the lexan coated stuff, and they cost about £60-£70 for the material and took an afternoon to make. https://www.facebook.com/pages/Fusion-Fabri..._homepage_panel

I am in the process of doing some CAD drawings of all the windows so I can make my own. When I have the drawings sorted I will post them up. http://www.twin-turbo.co.uk

I will be getting my plastic from here. One because it is good value and two because it is not a mile from my house.

I can get hold of a 1.2m x 1.8m sheet of 4mm polycarb for about £70, enough to do all the side windows and the rear, not sure how I could post though! www.topcatcustom.co.uk |

Is it the coated stuff? Or normal poly? As it scratches very easy. I think I can find cheaper locally, will keep hunting Edited by NickG on 28th Jul, 2011. |
