i woz just wondering if there is some sort of metro turbo manual available over there, i live in Australia so there isnt much hope of finding one here! If there a metro manual how much are they worth and where can i get one?

Get yourself a Metro "Haynes" manual, they are readily available over here and include quite a bit of useful turbo information. They also are frequently available on Ebay as well which may help you locate one.
